I think the value of Power Attack here is going to depend heavily on whether he goes Scout, and concentrates more on skirmishing, or goes for full attacks. As your to hit bonus is whats lacking for most rogues. Power Attack is not something I recommend for rogues. You might want to limit what your taking. On a side note, I'm wrapping up my background and RP stuff. Just not sure if I want to ditch Uncanny Dodge and the improved version.
